How does MRX work?
MRX can operate as your main mailsever, or in parallel with your existing mail server.
If you have an existing mail system in place, then all that needs to be done is a to set up a simple “rule” to copy incoming and outgoing mails to a secure MRX mailbox for processing. As such MRX can, if required, run on a site different from the mail server or even as a hosted service. MRX can operate with no impact on your existing mail practices. This means it is very easy to evaluate MRX without interfering with your existing system.
If MRX is your main mailserver, then MRX will generally operate more quickly since it can optimise operation.
MRX maintains your contact list in a secure contact directory that can be accessed from any authorised person, anywhere on the Internet.
