The installation and administrator training is provided by JPY and typically takes a day.
Administrators need to know how to add companies and contacts to the Business Directory and how to authorise general users. Administrators must also learn how to generate and manage mail merges.
General user training is almost unnecessary. The MRX web front-end is so intuitive and easy-to-use, that within minutes, users will be using MRX as their main departmental mail browsing resource.
The base system comprises:

Basic MRX product including 10 general users: £ 4,950.00
Additional general users: £ 100.00 each
Additional administrative users : £ 500.00 each
Notes:
General users get read-only access to the MRX databases via the MRX Web front-end whereas Administrative users get read-write access to MRX databases via a dedicated client application. Read-write access is required to add companies and contacts or to build and manage mail merges.
The customer is required to supply hardware and operating system licences – a suitable server platform is an Apple Mac Mini running OS X.
All prices exclude VAT.
Included in the licence price is the creation of one html mail merge template to the customer's design. Examples are newsletters, press releases, headed notepaper, etc.
