Data Flow
MRX runs on stand-alone server that maintains a database of companies, contacts and correspondence. MRX can communicate with an existing House mail server to collect and copy business mail as it passes through. Alternatively, it can replace the house server for more efficient operation. In either case, mail client software can remain unaltered.
MRX will also operate if your company uses several mail servers, where it will organise mail at a single access point.
The MRX database synchronises an LDAP
server holding the business contact details. The LDAP
server can be accessed from any authorised mail client
(anywhere on the Internet) to allow correct addressing
of outbound mails
The mail filter ensures that only business mail are processed by checking each mail with the LDAP server.
Business mails are filed in the MRX Database and are accessible via a native Mac OS X or Windows client, or via a web browser.
